By accessing or purchasing services from Cloud Consulting Firm, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

Cloud Consulting Firm delivers digital consulting audits, strategic reports, and advisory services. Services are tailored based on the information you provide via our intake forms.

All audits are actionable, research-based, and decision-ready, designed to improve business performance and strategy execution.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure accurate and timely delivery:

  1. Complete the intake form fully and accurately.

  2. Provide access to necessary business information, documentation, and context.

  3. Respond to any clarifying requests in a timely manner.

Failure to provide complete information may delay delivery or reduce the effectiveness of the report.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to initiate any audit or consulting service.

  • Payments are processed via secure gateways.

  • Priority Delivery audits require an additional 30–50% fee, depending on service level.

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, if any.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery depends on the audit tier selected:

Entry / Diagnostic Audits 3–5 business days
Core / Standard Audits 5–7 business days
Flagship / Deep-Dive Audits 7–10 business days

Priority Delivery: 72 business hours for select audits.

Timelines begin after intake submission is confirmed.

Delivery is via secure PDF email or client portal. Ensure your email is correct and accessible.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds are offered once payment is confirmed and intake is submitted.

  • If a report is delivered incomplete or contains errors due to internal oversight, we guarantee correction within 48 business hours at no additional cost.

  • Scope changes after intake submission may extend delivery timelines, but do not qualify for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All audits, templates, methodologies, and frameworks are owned by Cloud Consultancy.

  • Reports are licensed for your personal/business use only and cannot be redistributed, resold, or repurposedwithout written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared with Cloud Consultancy is strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery. Reports and analysis are for your business use only.

8. Support & Communication

  • Support for audit interpretation or clarifications is available for 7 business days post-delivery.

  • For Priority Delivery audits, response time is guaranteed within 24 business hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Cloud Consultancy does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Reports provide strategic insight and guidance, but execution and results depend on client implementation.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the audit or consulting service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
