All sales are final.

Due to the customised, time-bound, and decision-ready nature of our audits and consulting reports:

  1. No Refunds:

    • Once payment is confirmed and intake submitted, refunds are not available.

    • Each audit is prepared specifically for your business based on the information you provide.

  2. Corrections & Support:

    • If a report is delivered incomplete or contains errors due to our internal oversight, we guarantee correction or clarification within 48 business hours at no extra cost.

    • Support for report interpretation or clarification is available for 7 business days post-delivery.

  3. Priority Delivery Exceptions:

    • Priority Delivery audits are strictly time-bound.

    • No refunds are offered for Priority Delivery audits, even if you do not use the accelerated timeline.

  4. Scope Changes:

    • Changes to audit scope after intake submission may extend timelines but do not qualify for a refund.

This policy ensures that every audit is treated as a premium, bespoke service, guaranteeing maximum insight and actionable outcomes for your business.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.
